This proactive, full-day service can cover:
| System checks and preventive maintenance - designed to identify and fix problems before they become an issue. This will involve tasks such as investigating: server, error and firewall logs as well as monitoring server disk capacity and anti-virus status |
| Consultancy and strategic advice - reviewing new technologies and advising on their potential use |
| Installation and support work - not covered by any other support contract, e.g. installation of a new PC, software application or network printer |
By booking the days in advance, the customer will be able to benefit from regular and preventive visits while enjoying very cost-effective rates.
Travel expenses for customer sites within a 30 mile radius of the Lanway head office in Burnley are included in the price. Outside of the 30 mile radius, the customer will be charged for travel costs at our agreed standard rate,
