Contracts, Logistics & Returns
Lanway’s complete IT service includes the full product lifecycle. Our contracts team are
responsible for registering new products with the manufacturer and recording
information securely. We are also able to notify you regarding any updates or future renewals.
This means that with Lanway, you no longer have to scribble renewal reminders in your diary,
Microsoft® Outlook calendar or on scrap pieces of paper.
Our Logistics team use our own barcode system to track your order through from procurement,
storage, pre-installation, configuration and finally to local or national dispatch.
We can also deliver direct and track your parcels online here with CityLink.
Lanway’s Returns department offer a helping-hand when you need to either return equipment
for repair at Lanway, return it to the manufacturer or solve credit or refund queries.
