| Telecoms Installation Engineer |
We are looking for someone who has some experience of installing and maintaining Avaya IP Office telephone systems. Ideally with a minimum of 6 months field experience. Also someone who has worked in the telecoms industry and who therefore has experience of hard wired and structured cabling infrastructures.
The role will involve:
Working on site under the direction of the Project Manager
Dealing face-to-face with clients, sometimes under pressure
Handling administration / call out sheets etc
Dealing with BT and Avaya for fault escalation issues
New installations, upgrades and maintenance situations
