Voucher Types
Recognising this requirement, we have designed our voucher scheme for customers who want access to our consultants and support services on a less regular basis but still want the fast on-site response of a regular contract.

There are a number of voucher types that cover the total labour costs for resolving a single, on-site incident.
These include:

  • Hardware voucher - each voucher covers the completion of a single job, with either a 4 or 8 hour response time. They cover all hardware units and are valid for 2 years from purchase, with low cost renewal options.
  • Technical attendance voucher - these cover the on-site visit of a Lanway technician during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. They can be used for holiday and sickness cover as well as general installation and support incidents.
  • Network voucher - each voucher will cover the complete resolution of a network problem over whatever period of time is required. They offer a low cost network safeguard and are valid for 2 years from purchase, with flexible redemption and renewal options available.
  • Weekend/out- of-hours voucher - these cover the attendance of a Lanway technician for any IT problem or assistance on an out-of-hours, 1 call per unit basis. This applies to weekend periods between 8am and 8pm. The callout includes the first hour on-site, after this additional hours will be charged. They are valid for 2 years from purchase, with flexible redemption and renewal options available.
  • 24 hours/7 days/52 weeks voucher - the Lanway technician will be in attendance for any IT problem or assistance on an out-of-hours, 1 call per unit basis. This applies 24/7, with the exception of Xmas, Boxing and New Year’s Day. The callout includes the first hour on-site, after this additional hours will be charged. They are valid for 2 years from purchase, with flexible redemption and renewal options available.

All voucher options also come with free technical telephone service desk during their period of validity.
