Because of the close links and accreditations that Lanway hold with the major manufacturers we can manage and repair your desktop and notebook estate for free if you still hold a manufacturer warranty. If there is a fault we can diagnose, order parts and either send an engineer to site (if the unit has an on-site warranty) or arrange collection of the faulty unit to be repaired at Lanway with the unit returned to you within 5 working days.

We will work with your organisation and look after, manage and maintain your whole estate of client devices. If they are under warranty it’s a free service*. All we need to do is import a list of the assets into our My Portal system then, when there is a fault, you can log it online and we will provide the service as bought with the unit. If the unit has on-site we will offer an engineer next day. If it’s collect and return we will send a courier to collect when it’s convenient for you. If it’s in house we will fix it in our advanced and dedicated repair centre.
*Providing the manufacturer is HP, Dell, Samsung, Sony or Toshiba.
