MyPortal is an extension to our website, designed to provide you with access to information about your account, systems and your services with us. As a valued customer you can use My Portal to manage many aspects of your relationship with us, from viewing and logging support incidents, to checking on call outs and getting updates on repairs.


MyPortal Service Management Console is a unique and highly versatile web-based Service Management Console that underpins all of our service options, essentially enabling the most reactive of services to become more proactive. Automated system snapshot reporting, and automated status updates and responses, provide you with a fully functional portal that helps remotely monitor and accurately report on all aspects of your systems – giving you critical information when you need it most.

You will have a designated primary contact for MyPortal access. The primary contact has a login ID and password to access the relevant customer area in MyPortal. From that point it’s Access All Areas! As primary contact you can also enable access to sections of MyPortal to other members of your team who either run your IT systems, or are engaged with Lanway in other ways. For instance, this could be enabling access to Support, or to Orders, etc. By default, each defined contact of your organisation can access the support and callout sections.

MyPortal puts you in total control and ensures that you are always kept up-to-speed with the health of your IT systems. With MyPortal, detailed information about your account and ongoing projects and call-outs is always close at hand.


What does MyPortal do?

Quotes – enables you to reprint or re-view quotes previously generated through the MyPortal system.

Orders – enables you to find previous orders, equipment purchased and serial numbers and is easily searchable by manufacturer/date/PO number etc.

Invoices – MyPortal has the ability to retrieve electronic invoice copies (to save admin and the environment) reducing your carbon footprint and saving time.

Asset Tracking – allows you to easily keep track of all hardware plugged into the network, the location of it, along with serial numbers, user and warranty expiration dates, keeping you up-to-date with the latest information about your IT systems.

Returns/Repairs – if you have any reason to return a product or item for repair or require a credit from Lanway, you can log and track it on MyPortal.

Callout logs – when you buy a managed service from Lanway you can log a call out easily, receive automated updates on the call out such as ETA/engineer attending/ details of the call out and adherence to SLA. All can be viewed in real time or at a later date.

Contracts and licences – MyPortal can record all your manufacturer warranties, extended warranties and contracts, and report to you when licences or hardware support contracts are due to expire - proactively keeping you in control of your estate.

Infrastructure Project tracker – do you want an update on how a project is moving forward, or get a copy of a proposal – MyPortal allows you access to this information.

Vouchers – All contract voucher schemes are logged here so that you can see what service work has been performed for each voucher consumed – you can also see how many vouchers you have­­­ left.
