Delivery to desktop - Clients can order a product and have it delivered to site. We will then unpack it at a specified location, plug in and test. We even remove all packaging for recycling if required.
Asset tracking & tagging - Lanway can securely mark any IT device with asset tags, using a bespoke alphanumeric system, or we can use ID tags provided by your organisation that link in with your current asset tracking system. This can then be tracked through our internet-based MyPortal asset tracking tool, giving you the ability to track all your IT estate at the click of a button!
IT asset recycling - The recycling of end of life equipment can help reduce the impact of waste on the environment. Lanway can collect old equipment and securely remove data, before recycling any re-useable parts. This is done in collaboration with our partner OMT and provides part of our complete lifecycle asset management service. Our team can advise you on your disposal requirements and we offer up to 15% rebate if you upgrade your equipment with Lanway.
Desktop/notebook repairs - We can repair software and hardware faults for all brands of PC desktops and notebooks. We can scan and remove viruses, adware and malware and also install Anti-Virus software to prevent your computer from becoming re-infected. If your PC is running slowly it may have a virus or it may be time to have it serviced or upgraded.
In warranty repair services - Because of the close links and accreditations that Lanway hold with the major manufacturers, we can manage and repair your desktop and notebook estate for free if you still hold a manufacturer warranty. If there is a fault we can diagnose, we will order parts and either send an engineer to site (if the unit has an on-site warranty) or arrange collection of the faulty unit to be repaired at Lanway, with the unit returned to you within 5 working days.
On-site maintenance services - Lanway’s services range from ad hoc time and materials to same-day response, remote diagnosis and scheduled pro-active visits, covering PCs, servers and networks. We care about your business, so we’ll care about your data too - and if there’s a problem Lanway can respond the same day to keep your business working.
Removal and recycling of packaging - As well as assembling and installing your IT equipment, we also remove and recycle all packaging. We can also remove and recycle your old - defunct IT equipment.
Imaging - Offering a replicated image across multiple machines (up to 100 machines every 20 minutes), which saves you huge amounts of time and money when managing your new client estate.
Extended warranty services - Supported by key manufacturers, Lanway can take over any warranty claims and carry out repairs under warranty with one of our authorised engineers. All main manufacturers, such as HP, Dell, Toshiba, Samsung and Sony, are covered.
Insurance services - Lanway offer up to 3 years piece of mind insurance cover for all client devices. The insurance is underwritten by a household name insurance brand and covers accidental damage and theft. Repairs and replacement devices are all handled by Lanway’s team of accredited engineers and our aim is to turnaround insurance claims within 3 days.
